It varies from one person to another, but one thing I found is this: when I finally stopped wanting 'em, I didn't notice.

I didn't drink any alcohol at all until IIRC Friday night; I don't think I needed any...

indeed - I think of myself as a recovering smoker; I'm not 100% convinced that such a thing as an "ex-smoker" even exists.
