After diagnosis I was encouraged to attend a 9-monthly checkup with the permanent MS clinic our Neur runs every third Thursday.
They eventually got so fed up with me having nothing new to report they said (in longer works) "bugger off and stop bothering us unless something *does* actually change, bye now."
And thus it has remained touch wood these past six years. I hope your experience is similar.
