Anyone remember the equation of "subversion" with "mental illness" in the old Soviet Union? Well, lookee here at what the US Administration is pushing now: mandatory "mental health" screening of all children (and adults working) in public education.
If you're a US citizen, there's a petition you can sign in protest at this over at AbleChild.org.
Of course, applying a chemical cosh to dangerous subversives and deviants from the NeoconAmerican Way as defined by GWB would only be a side effect to supporting pharma companies already reeling from being forced to name their own prices for drugs sold to the Federal government. It's a shit business, being in Corporate America, these days...
