My issues, FWIW, were Kerry's "privileged background" being a problem for him, with no mention of Bush's equally privileged background and, more important, the mention of the GOP-funded Vietnam Vets trashing of Kerry's war record without questioning its veracity or source - its even been condemned by some Republicans in the US now... Oh, and the GOP flack in the piece brought up the Linda Ronstadt gig story without being challenged either.
I have no liking for the Democrats - but they are the lesser evil right now by a considerable margin. I don't like the BBC reflecting (or at best, not questioning) the agenda of the bulk of the US media on this.
