Googling for reviews, it does seem to be a regular encore number so it's likely to be witnessable again in the future (Grenoble on 10th May appears to be the next gig in Europe).
As for Icelandic entertainments, I love Björk - it's only ramtops who has the (to me) irrational loathing of her...
