Farewell, then, trusty rice pan. What we'll use now I know not, but whatever it is it won't be the same...
My old Corning Vision glass pan died in the dishwasher yesterday; it's developed a large star fracture inside its base and can't be safe to put on the cooker any more. ramtops was searching eBay last night just in case, but in vain), cooking rice in the Jordan household will be a blind process from now on.
It's like losing an old friend.
