As Mac said, I wrote this to answer my similar frustration. The installation instructions are for Linux, but it should run fine on OS X (and, if you get it to do so, suitable updates to the INSTALL file would be gratefully received :)

Interesting! I might even alter it to cope with those of us who have more than one Roku :)

It'll cope with multiple Rokus (and multiple last.fm accounts) now if you don't mind running more than one instance, using multiple config files or just command line options.
