Not directly at all - I just read about the differential between UK and mainland Europe iTunes store pricing and followed some chain of connection based on "free trade" generally meaning "free to ream any given market with no legal restraint, or comeback for the consumer".
The iTunes store is a bad example, as I have major reservations about its basic principles of operation, but that it's legal and (apparantly) acceptable for Apple both to charge differentially and to deny international access to its stores triggered me.
