...an LJ tag to link to a specific message or thread in a journal?
The tools are there (/talkread.bml?journal=LJID;itemid=ROOT_ID;{thread=THREAD_ROOT}{#THREAD_MESSAGE}) but there's no handy way to construct such things. If a root message has comments, I can do a copy link location on the journal page comments link or reply thread link, but even that's sub-optimal. Otherwise, it's find-the-message-id-and-do-it-all-by-hand time.
OK, OK, I know I shouldn't whinge but rather write the fscking thing myself, but tuits I do not have.
